The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated their positive attitude towards guests.

I just liked its location in the heart of paris near tour eiffel, but i didn't like the hotel itself. i want to add something that pictures posted don't show the real state of the hotel.

Convenient to east station

The lift didn't work, the bed frame was broken and matters sagged about 8 inches I'n the center

We got guest room with mini toilets, the bathroom, Wifi, had decent experience here. It was comfy, and employees were accommodating.

The venue exceeded our expectations. We loved the double room with small toilets, it felt cozy and welcoming. - Being only a 5-minute walk to Gare de l'est underground station was a huge convenience.

Hotel had 1 toilet per floor, bathroom was non ventilated, smelled bad. The lift was broken and the room was dirty. Each door showed traces of breaking in.This is by far the worst hotel I ever took. This hotel should be removed from Booking.

Great location for me, just a stone's throw from the metro 🚇 and only 500 meters away. I enjoyed some drinks at a cool spot called Bar Ville D'epinal, just a quick 5-minute walk from here.

Great location, (1 min walk from Gare de l'Est and 10 min walk from Gare du Nord), fairly cheap, free wireless internet.

No toilet in my room (shared one in corridor), very small shower, room and bed not super clean.

This hotel is quite disgraceful and you should not be acting for it. My room was on the top floor and the lift was out of order. No assistance was offered with my luggage. The room was tiny, uncomfortable, dark and scruffy. I went out to look around the area and found several hotels charging the same price whose rooms were far superior. I viewed them all and reserved a room in one of them for the following week.
